Our Story
Lakefront Capital was founded by a husband-and-wife team who have a passion for real estate investing and have been investing in real estate since 2012. We specialize in Hard Money loans for the renovation of Residential (non-owner occupied) homes, along with multifamily properties. We also provide financing for the purchase and renovation of office and mixed use buildings and other short term bridge loans. We have funded over 20 projects and $3,000,000 in loans to-date. Lakefront Capital is always focused on the bigger picture and is looking to build long lasting lending relationships with every investor. Lakefront Capital’s goal is simple, exceed all expectations by providing exceptional customer service with a small family business touch.
